Our principles

We have set principles that guide the way we work. This helps us to ensure that every person who accesses our services receives the level of support and care they require and are treated with dignity and respect.

Person Centered

We always start with what you need, so we fit our services around you. We will talk and listen to what you; to understand what you need and how you would like us to deliver care. We will also ensure that we support you in making informed choices and decisions that will assist towards your progress of gaining independence.

Responsive

This is about how we act on what you tell us. Feedback is how we shape and develop our services to make them relevant to the people we serve. We collect feedback from the person receiving care as well as their loved ones.

Seamless

Your care and support needs may require services provided by other professionals to help meet all your needs. These may include social workers, physiotherapists, your GP and occupational health professionals. We aim to work with you to ensure delivery of these services is a seamless experience.

Targets

A support plan is a guide to what you need right now which is regularly reviewed to account for recent changes in your needs, choices or requirements. Regular monitoring helps us assess what’s working, what isn’t and what needs to be changed to ensure efficiency in your care and support.

Monitoring

Working towards an aim helps us understand what you want to achieve for yourself and this will form the central focus of the support plan we help you put together

Safe environment

We ensure that the necessary procedures are in place provide a safe environment to support and protect the residents from risk and harm.

Our Vision Statement

Our passion and expertise ensures that we will revolutionise the care industry by setting innovative, elevated standards of support. In doing so Spectra Care hopes to champion independence and become a beacon of ingenuity for our service users.
