As specialists in autism and learning disabilities, we already see our service users’ unique strengths. It’s just our job to work as hard as we can to facilitate this with as much kindness, compassion and consistency as possible.
The aim is to deliver personalised support to residents by focusing on meeting their individual needs and targets through open and honest dialogue with all involved. By effectively working alongside our in-house Clinical Nurse Advisor; a qualified Mental Health Nurse with over 11 years experience in the NHS; we are able create and develop robust practices that offers assurance of quality and safety; whilst maintaining a person centered attitude.
We work in accordance to a set of values that are directly informed by a strong sense of morality. This ensures that we remain as ethical as possible throughout our procedures.

We have set principles that guide the way we work. This helps us to ensure that every person who accesses our services receives the level of support and care they require and are treated with dignity and respect.
We always start with what you need, so we fit our services around you. We will talk and listen to what you; to understand what you need and how you would like us to deliver care. We will also ensure that we support you in making informed choices and decisions that will assist towards your progress of gaining independence.
This is about how we act on what you tell us. Feedback is how we shape and develop our services to make them relevant to the people we serve. We collect feedback from the person receiving care as well as their loved ones.
Your care and support needs may require services provided by other professionals to help meet all your needs. These may include social workers, physiotherapists, your GP and occupational health professionals. We aim to work with you to ensure delivery of these services is a seamless experience.
A support plan is a guide to what you need right now which is regularly reviewed to account for recent changes in your needs, choices or requirements. Regular monitoring helps us assess what’s working, what isn’t and what needs to be changed to ensure efficiency in your care and support.
Working towards an aim helps us understand what you want to achieve for yourself and this will form the central focus of the support plan we help you put together
