Saroohi – known as Suzie, is a natural people’s person. She is passionate about helping service users and their families find workable solutions that make life easier. Not only is she highly experienced in the management of care homes and building excellent and motivated teams. She is also approachable, hands-on and ready to talk service users through any aspect of the service. She believes caring is more than just a job. At Spectra Care her role is to manage the business aspects of running an exceptional supported living service and overseeing the senior management and team. Her whole focus is on providing an outstanding personal experience for all those accessing Spectra care services.

With over 30 years of experience in the care industry, Jonathan has worked with Supported Living Services both in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. At Spectra Care he has been responsible for managing staff, including team leaders and deputies to ensure the development of our homes. He is one of Spectra Care’s most decorated members of staff with two awards in Supported Living and Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector.
With 8 year’s work experience in customer relationship management, Sandra has exceptional administrative knowledge that allows her to provide support to Spectra Care’s HR relations. Her proficiency in both managing and leading processes is what allows Sandra to manage the company portfolio with leadership and initiative. From managing staff files to maintaining DBS checks, Sandra keeps affair running smoothly and efficiently at Spectra Care.
Maariyah is a recent graduate in the arts and humanities with a passion for creativity and design. She is responsible for creating and maintaining Spectra Care’s promotional content, including the website, brochures, social media and the monthly newsletter! Having studied Film and Media throughout her academic career (spanning GCSEs to her current part time Master’s program), Maariyah is passionate about using this 10 years of experience in the arts to develop Spectra Care’s brand image in order to connect and resonate with people.

Tony has over 20 years of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and associated conditions, as well as 8 years of experience as a consultant trainer, teaching courses such as PBS and Autism Awareness. During his time working with Spectra Care he has noted amazing results and hopes to continue making a real difference to everyone he supports.
Our three team leaders are responsible for ensuring all current and newly referred individuals are properly assessed and provided high quality, person-centred support. Raza, Aqsa and Adewale act as ambassadors for the organisation, often communicating and liaising with key local service providers, including local NHS bodies and Social Work departments. We are proud of their positive, proactive and conscientious approach to team leading!
Dhunraz, known by most as Ram is one of Spectra Care’s most established members of staff with 50 years of experience working in nursing and care. Not only has has worked closely with the NHS for 27 years, but Ram has also been with Spectra Care since we opened our doors in 2019. He supports Spectra Care as the qualified in-house trainer, covering mandatory subjects relating to the care of service users, including: first aid, person-centred care, autism, dignity and respect, fire safety and infection control. Ram also supports staff with completing care certificates as well as NVQ training in Health and Social Care at Levels 2, 3 and 5.
